Here’s what’s being said about Bowl Patrol

We like to hear from the parents/carers/teachers/schools and centres who support Bowl Patrol across Australia. Our end of term survey is above and more reviews below!

Special Olympics Australia – Autism Inclusion in Sport, Recreation and Physical Education series; webinar 3 at 59mins TBA’s Emily Rennes talks about how to deliver learn to bowl inclusively.

ZONE BOWLING Tuggeranong ACT “Very patient with the kids, especially my son with special needs.”

Oz Tenpin Star Bowling Shepparton VIC “The team in Shepparton are fantastic and do a great job with kids and their families. Top effort”
“Liss and Fred do an amazing job teaching our son how to bowl, our son Lachy has since joined junior league and can preform the four step bowl like a natural now.”

Logan City Tenpin QLD “The lane rangers were amazing so helpful and understanding and took the time to show each child individually” *Home our first Patroller graduate to bowl a 300 game! *Congrats Lachlan Nielsen!

ZONE BOWLING Rockingham WA “The carer and I have been absolutely warmed in our hearts by the care and support that has been given to Isabelle at Bowl Patrol Rockingham. I would highly recommend it to any parent of children with special needs. Isabelle is not only autistic but has Soto’s syndrome. (Gigantism) this means she grows at a ridiculous rate which leaves her bones in a lot of pain and she is unable to do many sports. Bowling has offered her the opportunity to be apart of the community through a sport.

There are no words for how highly I think of bowl patrol and the staff at Rockingham. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for offering such a fantastic thing for children of all ages and walks of life. Socially it is fantastic for Isabelle too without being overwhelming. We will be back next term 100%. Inclusion is such a huge thing missing in sport in the early years for children with physical and social needs and bowl patrol has provided inclusion for Isabelle. Thanks again, keep up the good work. From a very happy and proud mum.” Katrina
